  1. All prices are individual for each order.
  2. Please inform us in advance of a potential route and the number of passengers. The problem is that different cars have different seating capacities, and the number of passengers must not exceed the number of boarding seats.
  3. Cases of possible departure from the city limits should necessarily be stipulated.
  4. The company guarantees car rental only for the pre-ordered time. Extension of the rental period is only possible in case of absence of further orders.
  5. Information to the driver about the subsequent order and subsequent changes. If they are, try to coordinate time correctly. We, of course, will not leave you in the middle of the road, but we cannot take responsibility for the rental time of the car that has changed because of you. We are obliged to perform our obligations to all customers.
  6. For a delay up to 10 minutes, over payment is not charged. For a delay of more than 10 minutes, the time to be paid by the customer will be approximately 30 minutes. If the time exceeds 30 minutes - the payment will be approximately one hour.
  7. In case of reduction of the actual performance time of the order by the customer's initiative, the cost does not change and the expenses will not be refunded.
  8. Please inform us in advance of changes to your order or its cancellation. In this case, inform us at least 10 days before the date of your order about the changes, we will retain an amount equal to 10% of the cost of your order.
  9. On the service order of meeting at the airport or train station, and on a delay of the plane or train, In each hour of rest time the customer pays 50% of the cost of the order and parking payment services, but the company Prestige vehicle!!! guarantees waiting in the first 30 minutes, in the absence of subsequent orders.   10. From the point of view of your safety, the speed of your car may not exceed 50 km/hour, and it is compulsory for everyone to respect the traffic rules. It is not necessary to approach the driver with demands and requirements for violations.
  11. The company is not responsible for road congestion, actions of police employees and exceptional situations on the route.
  12. Our cars are in good technical condition. However with every car it can be a feather. In such cases the time for removal, troubleshooting, will be subtracted from your order time.
  13. Do not use the car in an intoxicated condition, do not leave children inside without adult supervision.
  14. It is forbidden to take utensils from the car, to put any objects on the car: glasses, bottles, cans, bags, baskets, to put your feet on the car (if you put a foot on a protection and it is necessary to put a napkin in your photos it will not be visible), not to put a foot on the seats and the car support.
  15. It is inadmissible to bring in any objects, objects with a strong unpleasant smell or sharp or sharp-edged objects, including flower baskets (for this purpose they are given in the luggage), a camera with a support, which is used for filming inside the car, a video camera with a lantern with sharp corners or a hot lamp.
  16. It is unacceptable to close the registration plate with ornaments.
